They have added some specialty medical procedures that are hugely important and very expensive without insurance

There are options available for Health Care Coverage, as well as dental and vision, according to your need. There are programs, like Vitality to keep you on track with health prevention.

Maternity leave is the worst. To get 12 full weeks with your new baby, you end up needing to take some unpaid time. Many offices also don't have designated lactation rooms. Other benefits, while not great, are industry standard.

Health care coverage is below par. Expensive relative to other employers. No other benefit package really to speak of. Offers sub industry standard.

Excellent health care coverage (but the wellness program is a bit of a hassle - it saves you money but wastes your time). 401K and ESOP are good

Good: medical, 401k match, disability, and life insurance. Not as great: employees start with 2 weeks of vacation but must use two of those days during an annual, company wide office closure for the week between Christmas and New Year's.

There are health and wellness programs you can participate in throughout the course of the year which lowers your health care costs.
