Great Benefits and pay.
There is a wellness program to help reduce the insurance premium.
Flexible time off and a lot of paid holidays.
Average Benefits, 5% 401k Match, 10 days PTO, 5 days Sick, 1 floating holiday. Christmas break pay has been discontinued. No bonuses for entry level engineers (vary depending on location), base salary is mediocre.
I liked the variety in options.
the insurance is full of exceptions to coverage
Stantec's benefit package is by in large pretty good for a large employer and given the current market conditions. You're limited to earning a total of four weeks of vacation after 10 years of employment. Stantec is self-insured so that does affect some of their coverages. I do believe Stantec is working hard to try to offer competitive benefits given the size of the company.
Good place to work. Very burocrático
Best part of Stantec is the Benefits
As I'm a Disabled Veteran, I am unable to take the benefits package they offer...HSA or HRA only and the IRS forbids my participation
