    There are options available for Health Care Coverage, as well as dental and vision, according to your need. There are programs, like Vitality to keep you on track with health prevention.

    Maternity leave is the worst. To get 12 full weeks with your new baby, you end up needing to take some unpaid time. Many offices also don't have designated lactation rooms. Other benefits, while not great, are industry standard.

    Good: medical, 401k match, disability, and life insurance. Not as great: employees start with 2 weeks of vacation but must use two of those days during an annual, company wide office closure for the week between Christmas and New Year's.
