Not good, didn't even pay out PTO when left. Never got to even use any because understaffed constantly.

Salary Managers work insane hours that should be illegal.

I'd like to rate it a zero but there's no option for it. You can elect to get the cheapest premium health insurance package at a little under $80 a month with a $2800 deductible. The next premium is about $140 a month with $3500 deductible. The higher the premium the higher the deductible before ins pays 80%. Dental is offered at about $30 a month with a $200 deductible. Pet insurance is offered at about $32 a month through nationwide. Pet insurance is probably the best thing this company offers other than the $400 frame and lens allowance for an employee. There are about 5 different FSA's that they also offer that aren't worth it. Don't waste your paycheck on health coverage through Stanton; you'll be spending 2/4 of your check per month if you do.

Terrible benefits. High monthly cost and the lowest deductible on a plan was $2500. Garbage benefits.

Benefits start after 60 days instead of the typical 90. They just started a 401k plan for 2016. Vacation day/sick days max at 5 weeks. They have many options for selecting health insurance, dental, disability (this one is a bit pricey). You get two free pairs of glasses each year, one on the first day and the second after 60 days. Associate discounts for glasses & contacts are cost +20%! Friends and family get cost + 50%. That's the best discount I've ever seen in this business.

Health insurance was pretty standard. we got a reasonable amount of time off but rarely had the opportunity to use it

Terrible benefits. The cheapest things they could find. I pay almost $800/mo for my family and STILL have to pay the first $3500 for medical care out of pocket..
