The Director level plan is great with extra perks like life insurance at no cost to us. The agent level benefits are way too costly considering we only pay them 10.00 per hour!

The best thing was the paid time off. You are not able to use it until your 90 days is up, but you start earning it from day one. The worst thing is FMLA because it is not available until you complete a full year at the company.
