    The Company Offers good benefits to its employees (such as 401k, health, dental, vision and etc). The prices are quite high in relation to you hourly rate, but over all it is great

    Vacation and sick time are combined. Health insurance is not the greatest. They have 401k and employer matching

    The Director level plan is great with extra perks like life insurance at no cost to us. The agent level benefits are way too costly considering we only pay them 10.00 per hour!

    The company has no perks and their PTO roster is laughable. 401k is available as well as stock options for employees but the insurance offered is very expensove.

    The best thing was the paid time off. You are not able to use it until your 90 days is up, but you start earning it from day one. The worst thing is FMLA because it is not available until you complete a full year at the company.
