    They have good health insurance, and do match 401k contributions though it is by an obscure method (you contribute 10% to get a match to 7%)

    Health insurance: Reasonably affordable and decent coverage. A big benefit is the availability of an onsite clinic for little or no cost. They don't do everything, but will treat minor illnesses and can prescribe medication. 401K: Recently re-instituted as the stock incentives were put out to pasture. 100% match up to the first 3% that you contribute. 50% match on the next 4% that you contribute. Profit sharing: Recently expanded to include all Eden Prairie employees (unsure about other locations). The funding for this profit sharing is based on graduated corporate wide sales and revenue goals. If the company does not meet the minimum threshold, there is no bonus. If the company meets this threshold, then the profit sharing plan is funded to a certain level and that is the pool of money available for bonuses. The better the company performance, the more money in the pool. Each employee then has a percentage (e.g. 5-10%) of their annual salary that they are eligible to receive. Holidays: 6 paid holidays per year which is lower than any company for which i have worked. Vacation: It is all PTO (paid time off). No sick time. You start with 4wks for the first 3yrs, then are bumped to 5wks which is the max. This is above average, and therefore balances out the fewer paid holidays.

    PTO that is not used is not paid out when you leave the company. Never heard of any company being that cheap.

    It is way better than it ever was. They revamped all the benefits last year and we finally had a health savings account and a 401 K match. My taxes appreciated it.

    Benefits were very fair which in my opinion is one of the reasons people stay so long however once you start looking elsewhere you realize many other companies (United) have the same if not better PTO and benefits

    OK PTO: 20 days for first 3 years, then 25, but only 6 paid holidays. No more Tuition Reimbursement. Way below average salaries should be balanced with much better benefits.
