They start you with 4 weeks of "PTO" which is your vacation time, sick time, and 1/2 the holidays. They only give you 6 holidays per year. You increase to 5 weeks on year 4.
Good amount of PTO and I like that it only takes 3 years to accumulate more however holiday days are minimum (no christmas eve, etc.) and there are no sick days
20 days for first 3 years and 25 days after.
no better or worse than anywhere else, a lot of weekend and night work.
5 weeks every year. Amazing.
Lots of time off, 4 weeks when you start, and it bumps up to 5 weeks after you've been here for 3 years. The PTO is all awarded at the first of the year and resets each year, so you can't carry anything over. This also means you get the bonus week only if you have been here 3 years on January 1st; so if you started January 2nd, it would take almost a full 4 years to get the benefit.
4 weeks per year for new hires.
4wk to start is good. takes 5 years to get to 5wk though
