401(k) doesnt start for a year and the amount Starwood contributes (4%) doesnt start until a year. I didn't do anything to set up my account because I knew it wouldnt kick in for a year and 3 months after I start they automatically started taking money out of my check and putting it in the 401(k) without even asking me.
