No comment really, health was 5-600 a month for a family
A nice benefit package, 401k matching and decent medical plan options, dental and vision
The benefits package was pretty solid. Matching 401k plan, company contribution to employees HSA, and medical/dental health plan options.
The benefit of having a 401k was great and I saved mores money towards retirement then I otherwise would have had it not been available to me
The benefits packages are okay at best and the HR department barely goes over any of the benefits you can recieve
The employee nights benefit was amazing during my time there. The ability to stay at beautiful properties at a generously discounted rate was one of a kind! Also I was able to tour the back of house of hotels and see how it all really works.
There were benefits offered to employees.
Starwood hourly employees get paid every two weeks instead one every week.
If you miss the open enrollment, you must wait another year. Also if you are not averaging the proper hours, no one from HR provides you with updates, and you may lose your coverage without realizing it.
Great benefits, healthy, vision, dental, 401k, PTO, Sick days, maternity leave
