Management decided to take away the food discount to employees, unless the person is making a visit exclusively for dinning, that means not being able to order food after a shift.

The best part for working at this property is that it's a luxury 5-star property, great management team, and amazing co-workers.

Starting salary was lower than market, medical coverage for a family was expensive and medical coverage at middle range was poor at best.

Great company perks such as food discount, room rates, and others, good 401k matching and nice people to work with.

The benefits packages were competitive and the travel benefits were great.

Excellent benefits, 401K, holidays, paid vacation, paid sick time. I really have no negative comments to share, but there is a 20 word minimum for this field.

I honestly feel that the benefits at the time of my working there were subpar. However, I've imagined that since 2013/2014 their benefits and policies have had to change dramatically. However, as an adult I would not choose to work for this company again. My employment was terminated while on Maternity Leave (actually the day I gave birth), I hadn't taken any other time off outside of being hospitalized. No one from HR ever contacted me. I attempted to have meetings and call while I thought I was still on maternity leave, however none of my calls were returned by HR until I showed up in person. Good Luck with family planning!
