Worst - Very limited PTO not competitive
A strong core package of benefits , the hotel discounts was good although reduced by Marriott , some areas not so well developed of flexible compared to newer companies
They set you up with a 401k account even as a part time employee which was great. Working at Starwood you get a special family discount to any Starwood hotel. Great place to work, nice family environment.
The advancement opportunity is great but training needs some work.
