Great health insurance, 15 days PTO, 5 sick days, 7-9 flex holidays a year. After 3 years of service PTO goes to 20 days.
- Pretty flexible healthcare options with good coverage, from high deductible plan all the way to premium for $100/month. There was a recent announcement that the company is changing providers, so time will tell how things change. - Free dental and vision insurance - 401K is pretty abysmal - match of 50% up to 6% of salary (3% all-in match) with a 6-year full vest. - Equity incentives available for senior management. - Training varies by department. - Bonus structure is also group dependent but ranges from 0% to 10-25% to my knowledge.

Great overall benefits package
Healthcare is very affordable. 401k employee match option is great. Vacation time and paid holidays are in alignment with other companies their size. I am very satisfied with the benefits package as a whole.
Good health, vision, dental insurance
Benefits package is generous, especially the health insurance. PTO, Flex Time and Sick Time is also very good. They have a 401k plan and have an employee match, which is great since many companies no longer even have one. They also have fun company social events.
