No real percentage match...maximum match is $900 per year, however, they also gave $300 additional without employee required contribution...

StarStarStarStarStar Former Sales Agent in Portland, Oregon

I didn’t find anything wrong with it. Better than most companies I’ve worked with

StarStarStarStarStar Former SIU claims in Irvine, California

There is nothing bad about the 401k plan. All very good.

StarStarStarStarStar Current Customer Service Representative in Miami, Florida

Good 401k and easy to manage

  • Aug 28, 2019
StarStarStarStarStar Former Employee in Richardson, Texas

There is very little match for the 401(k) offered. I believe it was only something like $900 if you contributed the maximum amount.

StarStarStarStarStar Former Claims Specialist in Austin, Texas

The company matches up to annual limit like $1200.

StarStarStarStarStar Current Agent in Los Angeles, California

Doesn't exist for agents. They have a 20 year retirement investment program that becomes active after 5 years but they have taken steps with the new contract to limit this payout as much as possible.

StarStarStarStarStar Current Marketing Manager in Atlanta, Georgia

    Worse: terrible matching contribution

  • Jul 03, 2019
StarStarStarStarStar Current Business Analyst in Tempe, Arizona

The fees are very low, but the company match of $900/year is a joke.

StarStarStarStarStar Current Claims Representative in Richardson, Texas

There are different 401k packages assigned to each age group, and if you're late in the game there is also a package that helps you catch up.
