Training is not the best, you pretty much learn as you go once you hit the floor.

  • Dec 20, 2018
StarStarStarStarStar Former Insurance Producer in Houston, Texas

Training is a lackluster joke. Unless agent actually works with you.

Training was all over the place and not very structured.

  • Nov 28, 2018
StarStarStarStarStar Former Employee in Greenville, South Carolina

The job training was very long and boring, but you must pay attention in order to pass the exams to work here.

  • Oct 27, 2018
StarStarStarStarStar Former Claims Specialist in Tempe, Arizona

Only available for insurance or company benefiting skills. Greatly limited outside your current job responsibilities.

  • Sep 28, 2018
StarStarStarStarStar Former Account Representative in Nashville, Tennessee

Very little training from the boss. When I started, I was trained by someone who had worked there for 3 months. Agents can pay for employees to go to training's but the training is only applicable if your office is operated the same way as the training is set up

StarStarStarStarStar Current Account Manager in Atlanta, Georgia

The agent trains everyone. The last person he hired was only here for 4 months, the agent only spent 20 min with him and then the other members of the office trained him. The agent spent a lot more time with me.
