Great 401k, health, and compensation benefits
Has a good company match in the 401k. Could be doing better with the HSA investment options.
Generous package. Big company with many hoops to jump through.
Worst: Don’t rely on your bonus, even on a good year with a perfect review, expect 75% less than you are told during your offer. Don’t expect flex time either. People don’t respect your time and will book meetings when your supposed to be leaving. Was told I could wfh, manager changed, now I can’t, but another coworker can 3 days per week? So favortism is an issue which effects work life balance for everyone.
worst is bonus; management is useless; uncertainity in the company; fear of losing jobs; no one follows industry standards;
good hours , bad 401k match, okay maternity leave, vacation days okay too
Benefit package seems competitive. Healfh care is high deductible. Other benefits are ok.
Average benefits package offered by company.
work/life balance is the best
They're not cheap but there are healthcare, dental, vision, legal, etc benefits available. One can also buy/sell up to five days of vacation days.
