    Employees get 1 day per month of sick leave and 1 day per month of annual leave. They can accrue up to 30 annual days and 120 sick days. After several years, the annual days go up to a day and a half per month.

    Vacation and paid time off are part of the benefits. If you want vacation, say, at Christmas or Thanksgiving you have to put in for it early and don't expect to get it unless your a favorite of your supervisor or maybe you have 30 years in and you are a minority.
