    Good vacation accrual - all state and federal holidays and not too much work past traditional hours.

    Colorado will not negotiate amount of paid time off based on years of experience worked elsewhere. You start at 8 hours/month of vacation days and it takes 5 years to move up to 10 hours/month. This is the biggest negative. This applies to classified positions.
