The 401 k what is that ? The vacation time is awful and non-existant for contract workers, with all the state holidays when the office is closed we don't get paid, the regular state workers hate to provide you with their perks of working from home.

Days off, holidays, vacation time, sick days are excellent, those would be the best parts of the benefits, the worst part will be once they change the costs to a higher premium and higher deductibles, it will be more difficult to pay for and the coverage will not be as good.
