The matching is decent, as long as you are paying in the full amount. It takes a very long time to get vested at 100% though, so don't expect to switch employers in 2 years and bring all of your 401K with you.

4% minimum then 3% match on 401k. max benefit is 7% and an additional 2% for health care purchase after retirement. limited plans allowed to invest in. limited access on how often you are allowed to move money.

The 401K plan allows you to borrow from it and you can also submit a hardship withdrawal if times get tough. You can get a withdrawal to pay for rent, a new primary residence and various other reasons
Company match is good.
Up to 200 percent matching as with drawl is allowed and payback is deducted prior to taxes.
The 401K plan is great if youre a full time employee. I was an intern so i couldnt really utilize it.
