Health insurance is affordable and although $2,500 deductible is high, my plan has copays for Dr. Visits, certain tests, etc, which is very good. Generic prescriptions are $7. Vision insurance is less than $10 per month and pays a good portion of one pair of glasses plus exam per year. Dental is very cheap but is the best dental plan I've ever had, covering 80% of basic services and 50% of major services. Plan cuts off at 2,000 as opposed to the majority of plans cutting off at 1,000. I have 150,000 life insurance for $2.50 per month. All in all, I pay about $115 per month for all the above. Spouse and dependent coverage is available, but price can easily double or triple depending on the the plan you select. 401k match up to 4%, fully vested immediately. Vacation time after 6 months. PTO accrues after 6 months also. Also offers tuition reimbursement and healthy living and financial planning courses, amongst others. Hotel discount at thousands of locations worldwide (starting at $39!). All in all, very good benefits in an employee and gust centric environment.
Best thing is that everything is offered; paid sick leave, paid maternity leave, double pay on holidays worked, vacation days, dental and medical. Worst thing is that it's all very complicated with a lot of stipulations and exceptions...

There is no benefits at the hotel I work for. It can be different at other hotels since they are independently owned. This is a main reason for hotels to have a lot of turnover. Especially those starting families.
Very low pay, they do offer health insurance but it is in a preferred provider setting.
2X pay for working certain holidays. Employee Appreciation Week- They do a great job of recognizing employee efforts in this.
