i didnt need to get there benefits
They hire you as part time employees so the only staff receiving benefits at this moment is management and sales
The benefits was affordable and they gave you a fair amount of time off. If you work part time you get time and half on holidays
Ok, a little pricey overall
They don't offer no benefits no 401k no paid time off no health insurance no vacation time no raises no advancement no anything
Not the best benefits package for full time employment. No 401k. No PTO, just paid 1 week vacation.
There is only health insurance and life insurance. Which both suck because the premium is high on the health insurance and the life insurance is very limited.
Staybridge literally offers the basic package. Nothing was really special about it. Nothing to make you go WOW.
No health benefits or anything thereafter.
Best thing is that everything is offered; paid sick leave, paid maternity leave, double pay on holidays worked, vacation days, dental and medical. Worst thing is that it's all very complicated with a lot of stipulations and exceptions...
