There is a lot I wasn't told, and my trainer was far from friendly. Training could have been way better.
There is not too much training that is done. A new worker may be trained (shadow someone else who is usually new as well) for a day or two; and then they are just thrown into the position, usually not as prepared as they should be.
My job training went well and the person who trained me was very friendly.
This is a mixed answer, because I believe when sent away from my own personal store to train for part of the management team - I received excellent training - and while I'm not sure all SNS management enforces or actually trains their employees well - as a production trainer - I can vouch that SNS does have an excellent training system in place and if followed correctly results in well-trained employees
if you make it to training youll pass. sometimes they just throw you in if the market is terrible
Doesn't really prepare you for the worst.
Getting trained by inexperienced, inept teenagers is a recipe for disaster. They don't care if you succeed. You get a sheet of paper telling you how to do your job, you are not shown.
Sometimes untrained people are training others.
Training by getting yelled at is fun
Trainer was nice and well informed
