    they schedule everyone part time so you don't get benefits to begin with... any bonuses or time off has been removed over the years... the insurance company actually has no idea what they cover until you file it at which point you are out 10k out of pocket!

    None is given to part-time, that is ussual in these types of establishments, they go franchise for those reasons. No breaks even for 12 hour or more shifts, you have to make time at slow times. Being part-time I don't know much about benefits, however management may get something.

    The best benefit was the occasional free food. This is the lowest level position in the company, so no benefits were expected. There were some managers that were okay with giving away food, but others made you pay.
