Worst thing is the copay and the costs of coverage are pretty high. The deductible isn't too awful but paying 200 monthly is pretty steep.

The worst thing was that being a franchise store, the family had most of the say and one of the managers they did put in charge caused a lot of people to quit and there was very little to nothing the owner wanted to do about it.

For part time employees, there are no benefits besides a 40% discount on food for days that you work. Every other day there are no benefits.
