There was no benefits package and couldn't work more than 30 hours a week. They wanted to avoid having to offer benefits.
There really is not a benefit package. You receive a small discount on your meals as long as the total doen's exceed $20.
You must stay above 30 hours I believe but if you don't get scheduled you are just left screwed.
