Great health insurance through Anthem - medical, dental, vision and prescription. 401k match changes quarterly based on ROA, profit sharing, RSU's. The only thing lacking in the benefit package is paid time off. Employees receive two weeks paid vacation for first seven years of employment, no personal or sick days.
401k match is NOT 1:1 ( dollar to dollar up to a certain percentage) like other companies. They match anywhere from 10-50% of what you put in yourself. However, salary level is so low you cannot afford to utilize this offer until you are making 6 figures!!! Also, there standard vacation time is only 2 weeks even though most people with the skills they wanted for this position usually already have 3 weeks vacation.
The benefits are very substantial and the opportunity for growth is nearly endless. The down falls include the swing schedule that works days and night regardless of what shift you work. Make have a life outside of work seemingly difficult.
Initially we had one option for benefits. Toward the end of my time with the company they went with multiple plans that could be picked from - neither of which was as good or equal to the initial one.
