Good 401k benefits for employees
good vacation, 401k matching, health insurance
Good benefits. Pay keeps up with the times. Might be slightly lower pay but the benefits definitely make up for it. 5 weeks vacation at 5 years and a 4% 401k match on 6% is pretty good. I'd give 5 stars if the 401k match was slightly more generous. But i am uncertain how competitive the annual bonus is when we actually get it.
Variety of Health plans to choose from including Aetna, Priority Health. The company a significant part of the less expensive contributions.

Decent benefits, but no stock options.
Excellent benefits...you can choose your level of coverage & amount you pay. You can also choose to add on extra coverages, most with multiple levels (vision, dental, short-term & long -term disability, life insurance, AD&D, even legal coverage. The company is inclusive and same-sex partners are eligible for coverage. The company is flexible with working with your family situations and is very understanding when it comes to personal issues. Vacation time for salaried employees is generous: 3 weeks per year from day one, moving to 5 weeks after so many years of service.
I think the package is great
