The benefits are good - however, they take out a percentage of your paycheck to cover the cost of the benefits. In other words - you are paying weekly for the benefits. Since they don't pay very much. (Approx $9.00/hr to start) it takes a big chunk out of your paycheck but it is better to have benefits than to not have them. If you can afford to take the benefits, then by all means, please do.
"Me Time" Personal time off policy
Vacation and five holidays and sick time
Great Vision and Dental benefits
The benefits are good. Quite a few options to choose from. But the bonding leave for guys isn't a paid leave, that's the only con I can think of.
Terrible benefits, extremely poor morale
willing to work with your schedule especially if you are a student in school
They offer health insurance and 401k to full time employees, but only upper management can become full time employees. None of the sales associates are able to receive any benefits because they are not allowed to work full time. The quality of the health insurance is completely laughable; Very high co-pays and deductibles with very few doctor offices who will take the insurance.
the vision, dental and life insurance is well worth it and affordable. but the medical is expensive and is mediocre
No benefits except 25 discount! Ins lousy, no benefit for coming in when called
