3 Different options for healthcare but they go up every year. 401k is 50% match up to $3k (Not very good). Time off has improved, but they'd rather give you time off then $$.
Very affordable health care insurance. The options to choose from were very broad. It is without a doubt the best insurance package of any employer I have worked for.
They had a stock option that was good when the stock was doing well, hasn't done well in almost a year. They had 401K with matching
The benefit package basically includes most coverage. Dental is good. Others are just so-so. 401k match is small. Stock options take 5 years to vest and the vest prices are a joke in previous 5 years.
