The health care packages offered were decent, bison and dental coverage and the 401K matching was offered if you stayed with the company at least 5 years.
Underwhelming benefits. Insurance is expensive for people with families. 401k is not an option because pay is already so low. The once-a-year bonus is so measly that I could complete an art commission that requires one day's work shift for more money. Vacation is heavily monitored, despite the fact they allot you a certain number of weeks based on how long you've been with the company. Under 1 year and they restrict when you can take it. For those who manage to get past 2 years, the PTO weeks they -do- give you cannot be taken consecutively unless you garner Regional Manager approval (and she only gives it 50% of the time, and only if you disclose that you're going out of the country for vacation - something that is, frankly, none of the Company's business).
health insurance, 401k, maternity leave, vacation time
The great thing is at least they have a benefits package. It is not the best by far. There should be more benefits to the benefits. Too much out of pocket cost.
Great health benefits, includes dental, vision, and medical PPO. 401k is great too.
They match 401k at 6%
Offer full benefits to part time workers
They offer 401K, Health, Dental, Vision and a great vacation pay structure. I had 4 weeks vacation when I left and wish I had that vacation time at my current job.
There's nothing wrong with the benefits package however it isn't the best either. If you care about job security then this is not the place for you.
Tuition reimbursement happens only after completing degree.
