normal benefits package to be expected from an investment bank. Standard three weeks of vacation, might have been two weeks. normal dental and vision plans
Pretty standard insurance 401k no matching that i can recall.
Offered Medical, Dental, Vision, Life Insurance plus supplemental plans and a good rate for individuals. We received sick pay and vacation pay.
Insurance was expensive and the 401k was nonexistent
-Health insurance packages are atrocious (they are expensive, really expensive) -PTO could be better (they split vacation, personal, and sick days up) -Bank holidays are great and the work life balance is great
Great medical and dental plans. Also offer vision.
healthcare premium is very high
Best- Can enroll in 401k immediately Worst- No performance incentives
The 401K is pretty good. Matches 50% up to a total of 3% of your salary. Maybe a little less than some other companies, but requires no years of service before the match and immediately vested. Health insurance is great as far as coverage, but costs are ridiculous (Blue Cross Blue Shield.) Paid time off, sick days, and personal days.
Employee pays 100% of the health, dental, and vision. Total is over $750/m. It's good coverage but Sterne doesn't help at all. 401k is matched 50% up to 6% of your salary and you are immediately vested. If you make above 90k then no match. No real perks.
