Benefits particularly medical, dental and vision were generous
As a counselor, there were not many additional benefits aside from occasional lunches when there were leftovers. As a summer contractor, there was no option for health insurance.

Great company to work for
very nice and good and amazing
They feed you every day. There are staff meetings where you are treated to dinner. As a part time person I am unsure about benefits for full time.
Free lunch with the kids every day. Toys galore all around. There is an equipment sale at the end of the year and you get first dibs on all sorts of brand new electronics and other camp items.
No paid time off, but the schedule is very flexible and I was able to get days or time off I needed (unpaid) when I had other things in life that came up.
While company assumes the full cost of most offered benefits they do not provide a choice to upgrade policies at employee cost.
