I do not have a benefits package as I do not work full time
The best part is that you get 50% off of all shoes. This works in any Steve Madden store as well which is pretty great.
Good Benefits to compensate for low wages
Best is the health insurance, 401K, and discounts on product. As for taking time off it is very limited and they are strict with how many days you request out of office.
Don't really remember what the benefits package was. I was only part-time so I don't think I got any benefits. The employee discount was awesome though. 50% off regular and sale items for you. 40% off for friends and family. You also get a new shoe throughout the year. Only downside to that is that it's on select styles. Since I have really small feet, the smallest Steve Madden carries, they didn't always have my size in those styles or the ones I actually liked. Sometimes management would buy us snacks or food which was nice. There was always food at our meetings which were always super early.
The employee discount is the greatest pro the worst would have to be the performance bonuses.
Health insurance, 401k and PTO were great at Steve Madden. The benefits package was affordable and time off was fair.
401k,health insurance, pto, commuter benefit, vacation
Great Benefits for health insurance and retirement.
Good health coverage with 401k are part of full time benefits package.
