    Hours are flexible, within reason. You must complete your hours within a week but if you have overtime you can move that to the following week and take some time off, as long as you discuss with your supervisor. You get 3 optional and 7 set holidays throughout the year and are able to move those days around if you need. After a certain number of years you can get stock options. Every year you receive 10 vacation days (this number increases slightly with seniority) and 10 personal/sick days. The company has taken on New York's family leave policy throughout the three offices.

    PTO is pretty great! - 10 Personal/Sick Days - 10 Vacation Days - 7 Holiday - 3 Floating Holiday Health Insurance covered 100% (for the first tier), with Cigna as a provider. They'll pay for your Annual MetroCard (Full amount!) There is no real matching for 401k: only 4%, which is kind of nothing... You can work from home They sponsor my Visa, which is the most important thing, after all. :)

    Flexibility surrounding work hours and locations is #1. Next would be surrounding personal days, holidays and vacation days. Supervisors are understanding, and additional time is added after 5 and 10 year milestones. Other benefits are competitive with similar firms but not noteworthy.
