    Unless an individual worked at Stevens-Henager College for 5 or more years, the paid time off accrual rate was 3.33 a pay period. Not fantastic, but they did give 3 days bi-annually for sick leave. If you didn't have sick time or vacation time to use, you have to come to work to keep your job, no matter what.

    Strongly discourage use of vacation time due to poor staff to student ratio and year round school.

    They do provide you with a pretty flexible schedule and you do get 6 sick days per year paid and 3.33 hours of vacation every pay period.
