They lie! Benefits and pay are based on the miles driven. However, you are not given the opportunity to drive a decent number of miles. My average is 2150 miles per week and that times 30 cents = $645 average per week before taxes!

Some of the worst insurance I have ever experienced. Vacation? Ha! They require at least 6 weeks notice and you can not take off a week at a time without catching grief about it. You have to use your vacation time for holidays that should be paid anyway.

No work life balance. 1 sick day a year and they frown upon using vacation.

Good company paid health vision and dental benefits for company drivers. Lease operators and Owner operators are offered supplemental insurance plans which are payroll deductable.

Vacations is jus one week a year Helth PLAN TOO SPENSIVE and don't cover a lot need to be 5 weeks out and 5 day home and i hard to be back home

Insurance is too high. Not worth it, if you cant afford it. It cost more then you make.
