Comprehensive & generous health care benefits
On par with industry standards.
it is all good, better than most
High premiums and low coverage
Health insurance was through United Health Care or you had the option of Blue Cross. Both are great and it was a few hundred for individual, and around 4-500 for kids then may 550-650 for the family. Not bad in todays climate and it pretty much paid for everything.
average. no incentive-for-good health program or HSA/FSA funding from company.
Very good plan choices across the US, there was some employee contribution cost but on the lower range.
Expensive and with bad options
Not competitive with peers in the financial industry
Rather expensive for relatively little benefit. You are forced to use your spouse's insurance if they have it.
