401k marching program is not up to par with industry standards. No paid paternity leave granted to employees. Health, dental, vision insurance is average compared to other companies.
The 401K company contribution is awful, it totals 1K. Your vacation days are at a minimum and the insurance is very expensive. Bonuses are terrible if you are not apart of senior management.
