Great company match on 401K. I believe it was 6% of 100%
Medical insurance dental insurance and vision insurance we're all very affordable they have company matched 401k paid vacation time and 3 paid sick days
Six percent company match in the 401K is fully vested immediately and then there is an additional profit sharing contribution on top of that each year. There is a high deductible medical plan with health savings account, but the company puts half the money you need to pay the deductible into the account and then lets you earn the other half in the wellness plan so you don't have any deductible. The plan is very good overall and the premiums haven't gone up in years. I'd like to see a better dental and vision plan, but they are pretty typical plans.
401k match is great! Health insurance is ok for basic care. Health Insurance fails to cover majority of speciality care.
The best was getting time off to go to Dr. appt. The worst was when I asked for it I was let go
Stimson has a great Wellness Program and the benefit offerings are great.
Benefits are affordable. Better than other employers.
