When the Vacation and Sick leave were combined they just yanked all the sick leave. Making people with little vacation have even less.
Health/Vision/Dental available, 401K and vacation time (PTO based on years of service)
It's really just a very basic set of bennies, not better or worse than most anyplace else.
Currently the benefits are good. PTO is good and the health insurance benefits have been very good while reasonably priced. Dental PPO plan has also been very good. Company recently purchased and it remains to be seen how benefits will be affected however I suspect they will be less robust due to cost saving mindset
The standard benefits, health insurance, 401K. It takes a 5 year increments to earn additional PTO days.
Healthy PTO/VAC. 401k match not amazing but better than nothing. Great medical/dental/life benefit options.
Flexible work schedule allows for appointments to be scheduled into the work day. Partial remote work (limited days) is only offered to those who have more than an hour drive to an office.
Great benefits for employees and dependents
The plan is more liberal than most. The cost is growing but they are self-funded so I understand why.
Hopeless....the worst health insurance plan...hopeless 401K match. Two weeks of vacation for the first 5 years, then 3 weeks until year 10. After 10 years, 4 weeks of vacation.
List based on reports from current and former employees. It may not be complete.
