    The company offers the same insurance for managers as they do for hourly associates. Insurance rates are close to $600 a month for a family. Thanks to the affordable health care act Stonebridge left 100s of associates with out insurance. Forced them to sign up and pay for state sponsored

    They have a lot of offerings... but the insurance with the best coverage is ridiculously over priced and the affordable offers hardly any coverage at all.

    CON's: - No holiday pay for line level associates. They must take the day without pay - all federal holiday's are mandatory off for non operational staff & are unpaid. . - no vacation for management until after a year (and they are a hotelier....encouraging travel, servicing the travel, yet they give no days for their associates to travel) - Pay is all over the board. I know fellow managers who have been here longer, and make less, I know managers will less experience but get paid more. - I have no idea what the corporate office is like - no work from home option during snow storms - their associate rate for travel to their own hotels is $99 - much higher than Hilton's policy (marriott & hyatts too), so they are trying to make a decent profit off their associates from when they travel. no food & beverage discount when you travel - Hilton, Hyatt, Marriott all give 25% off food, beverage & gift shop) PRO's: - 401k does match
