Manager get one week after a year, after 3 years it increases to two weeks. It will take over ten years of service to get three weeks of vacation time. Paid time off is 5 days a year no accrual. Hourly get no PTO or vacation pay, the company gives them something called a anniversary which is basically an extra week of pay. Absolutely 0 zero 0 work / family balance, they prefer those who have no family.
