Good health benefits package. Can also put money into 403(B) for retirement as well as the state pension. Every one should invest in 403(B)
benefits right now are not as good as years ago in former tiers. RF benefits are not good, but you can accrue a lot of vacation time. state benefits are good for tuition, health, dental, vision, and retirement, but accruing time is difficult.
Currently a volunteer, I don't receive any type of benefits package. However, for PhD students there is a decent health plan/
