They spoil us here with perks and benefits. We get 401k, great health, vision and dental insurance, and an abundance of paid-for team outings. The best outing we had was a company trip to Hawaii. Not sure if we'll ever get that again but that was like being on Oprah. Other benefits include free catered lunch and dinner (breakfast is free but you make it yourself), a game room, ping pong table, foosball, offsite gym, gorgeous location great for jogging, bring you pet to work, TGIF's, and ergonomic friendly workstations. We each get a MacBook for work but I bring it home to watch Netflix too. Bonuses make up for the lack of raises because we get them split twice a year during bi-yearly review time and they are usually higher than most companies. Oh and we do get paid vacations and those days accrue even faster the longer you stay with company. If the had to knit pick I'd say raises would be a good to have thing. We do get them but they are rare and usually come with a promotion only. We get huge bonuses like I said though so that makes up for it. Also wish we had 401k matching and, in the future an employee stock purchase plan. For the most part the benefits here are well above average.
