Coverage begins on the first of the month following your date of hire (unless otherwise noted). Enrollment and changes are done electronically in ADP by the employee.

MEDICAL

The Stratasys medical plan offerings are provided through Health Partners. You have two plan options to choose from. Preventive care for you and your family is covered at 100% in both medical plans as long as care is accessed from an in-network provider.

$750 Deductible Plan
•Calendar Year Deductible: $750 individual/$1,500 family
•Calendar Year Out-of-Pocket Max: $2,750 individual/$5,500 family
•Preventive Care/Screening/Immunizations: Covered 100%
•Office Visits/Urgent Care: $35 copay
•Convenience Clinics: $15 copay
•Prescriptions: $20 (generic)/$40 (formulary)/$80 (non-formulary)
•Inpatient/Outpatient Hospital: Plan pays 80% after deductible
•Emergency Care: Plan pays 80% after deductible

$3,000 High Deductible Health Plan with HSA
•Calendar Year Deductible: $3,000 individual/$6,000 family
•Calendar Year Out-of-Pocket Max: $3,000 individual/$6,000 family
•Preventive Care/Screening/Immunizations: Covered 100%
•Office Visits/Urgent Care: Plan pays 100% after deductible
•Convenience Care: Plan pays 100% after deductible
•Prescriptions: Plan pays 100% after deductible

•Stratasys contributes to your HSA:
-$500 (Employee Only Coverage)
-$1,000 (Employee +1 or Family Coverage)

401(k) Savings Plan
•Administered through Fidelity Investments
•Traditional 401(k) and Roth available.
•Defer up to 50% of your earnings up to the 2018 IRS allowed maximum of $18,000.
•All contributions and investment income are tax deferred.
•Stratasys contributes $1 for every $1 of savings up to a maximum of 4%

    You Can get 401k match, helt and dental insurance. You will definitely need the medical because you may just go crazy working here so take advantage of the benefits offered.

    Average benefits package. Relatively competitive health benefits. PTO is limited but increases according to length of time with the company.

    PTO starts at 3 weeks per year and increases by an additional week after your 3rd year of employment. PTO hours are earned at the end of every month.

    Stratasys appears to have a very strong medical benefits package -- the cheapest I have experienced compared to my previous 4 employers. At my level the bonus potential I was given is capped at 6% per year, and there is the opportunity to receive an equity bonus, but it's not easy/probable to achieve beneath the manager level. I thought a growing technological organization might have a higher bonus/equity potential, but it's still pretty solid. PTO is 3 weeks for the first 3 years of employment, and then goes to 4 weeks, and ultimately as high as 6 weeks. There are 10 paid holidays, including 2 floating holidays, and the 401K match is 4%, and vests 100% after 3 years of employment. There is also some tuition reimbursement.

    The benefits for Stratasys are on par with other corporations. 4% 401K matching, the health insurance is reasonable (for single.. I do not know for family). You can get a $300/year deduction if you complete a wellness task during the year before (they are VERY easy). If you are a non-tabacco user then your rate is also cheaper.

    All things considered, the benefits package that I received this year is par with most tech companies in the area. No complaints.
