Overall benefits are good. We now have pet insurance! Vacation time still at a minimum compared to other organizations the same size. We only get two floating holidays.
Great offering and always looking to add items to increase the offering.
401k match is dollar-for-dollar up to 4%. Managed through Fidelity. There's also automatic enrollment in an annual 1% increase, which you can opt out of. So for the first year, you put in 4%, the company puts in 4%. The second year, you put in 5%, the company puts in 4%. The third year, you put in 6%, the company puts in 4%. It just helps you gradually set aside more money for yourself without really noticing much of a difference in your take-home pay. Other benefits are pretty standard: PPO and HMO options available for health insurance. 10 paid vacation days a year. 3 weeks PTO to start out. Increases to 4 weeks after 4 years, 5 weeks after 9 years, and 6 weeks after 14 years. The benefits aren't mind-blowingly great like they are at the big modern tech companies but they're still pretty solid at the end of the day.
Different levels of health insurance, nice to choose what works best for the individual. Also added paid maternity leave. PTO was generous!

The company tries hard to provide excellent pay and most manager make a serious effort to understand you have a family you like to see. It's not uncommon for managers to tell their employees to take off early on a Fri.
