Just started to give 100 dollars for benefits but they need to invest more in employees that have been loyal for years to retain the best of the best.
401k matching after 1 year, Health insurance is absolutely horrendously expensive dont expect to be able to afford it, vacation is adequate. You have no sick days, so if you get sick they take it from your vacation time, even if you dont want it.
I do not remember the benefits package but I remember most people not being impressed. I did not use or apply for benefits. We did get some PTO that you can accrue, discounts at gym membership and some charity donation matching I believe.
they had ATENA - high co payments and I had to pay over $350.00 dollars a month on my $37,000 salary with high co payments

The package cost way too much
Very limited vacation/sick time... 10 days includes your sick AND personal time Off for the year. Once your PTO is used up you are allowed only two unpaid days. After that they threaten to fire you.
