Great it is great too
Good 401k plan, paternity leave and hybrid work
Competitive benefits package incl. dedicated time off to pursue social justice/diversity initiatives up to 40 hours p.a.
Worst: health insurance is quite subpar, my high deductible plan could cost me up to $5,600 in out-of-pocket costs. First $3,600 is just out-of-pocket, followed by 20% coinsurance up to $5,600
