The benefits package is pretty good. The 100% tuition assistance is a really great perk. The 401K is not very large, but many companies don't match at all. Raises are pretty small.
Good benefit, PTO, healthcare, and 401k
The benefits for working at Strayer University could be enhanced. The perks or discounts offered are really of no value.
Best thing tution reimbursement and holidays off and good flexibility
Company perks, vision, dental, medical health insurance, 401k, paid vacation and time off, overtime
Company paid for a generous portion of Health Insurance and offered a full suite of insurance, also including dental, vision, and disability.
They actually pay pretty well if that's what you need. The benefits are good, nothing horrible. Don't have a lot of good or bad to say.
They have a website for company perks where you get discounts on basically everything (food, theater, cars, hotels, flights, etc...) They offer 401K. However, I am not sure at what percent since I was too young to apply (must be at least 21 years old). Health insurance is through Cigna, which is pretty great. They also offer dental and visual.
None as an adjunct faculty.
The benefits package was not very impressive. They were costly and not much match. The education package was great because they pay 90% for college classes.
List based on reports from current and former employees. It may not be complete.
