Best item would be the PTO - it's not amazing, pretty standard at 15 days + government holidays. Healthcare starts on Day 1. Worst thing is no HR department. No paid maternity leave.

The PTO! 15 days for 0-3 years. 20 at 4 years. 4+ years is unlimited. I have never seen PTO like that anywhere else
