Packages are great. Dental/Vision/401K Short and Long Term Disability...
Time off is good. Unlimited PTO after 4 years.
There are good but limited options
Gym membership, food perks, two annual events for company morale (one has giveaways), health insurance could be better (but pretty great for the size of company), 401k kicks in after probation period of 6 months I believe.
The medical insurance is hands down the best in the nation. The young staff keep the premiums affordable and when my wife had brain surgery, the bill was $250,000 and we had to pay $125. Thats nothing short of amazing. They also pay for the Gym cost each month and give educational credits for increased learning every year ($500)
Overall a good benefits package for anyone that is single, not as good for families.
The employees gave their feedback, and management listened. 15 days PTO to start. Unlimited PTO upon your 4th work anniversary.
3 sick days and 5 vacation days to start. I didn't feel that was enough. I was never allowed to work from home and if I wanted to I had to use my PTO. To work. However the health benefits were better than standard.
5 days off for an entire year. You can never take a vacation or get sick.
List based on reports from current and former employees. It may not be complete.
