401k matching is available after 1 year of employment, and you are vested at 100% once you get the match each year
Unlimited PTO. Ability to defer transit money to pretax account. I don't have much experience to compare the insurance benefits to but they seemed to work just fine.
The healthcare options are pretty standard. They have improved from one year to the next. The vacation policy used to be very restrictive and now it's unlimited.
Health insurance is just okay, 401k matches partial up to 6% but does not have the best investment options. General perks include some fun events, nice swag, etc.
Each year more and more options are available to meet the needs of as many employees as possible.
For a small company I like the benefits but as we grow I hope they offer an HMO plan soon. I am also not a fan of the off cycle enrollment period at all.
I do not utilize everything that they offer, but they provide any and every benefit that you need to survive. 401k is very competitive and you accumulate PTO very quickly.
