PTO was minimal overall.. 5 days for every 4 months worked. However, this was in addition to paid holidays
Benefits are pretty standard. They don't match 401k
Great health, dental, life and vision insurance with company contributions. Insurance provider also offers a range of additional services with discounted rates (pet insurance, life lock, etc). Company sponsored lunches about once a month with in office activities during the holidays. Only downside is the company doesn’t contribute/match 401k.
Insurance was standard. 401k was in its infancy when I left, so I can't really elaborate on where it's at today. PTO was 15 days (I think)

Vey fun office environment. Constant competition between reps, but nothing that you wouldn't expect in sales.
The companies benefits were fine. I don't see the point in noting that there was an occasional keg brought into the office. For the amount of work done, the benefits are simply satisfactory.
