Traditional two choices, such as KP, or another company. You still have to pay monthly for the insurance.
I had united healthcare PPO plan. Generally decent plan. Added my spouse to it as well. Usually had anywhere between $20-40 copays.
Low costs but covers a large amount.

Overall very good. Co-pays and deductibles have been increasing every year.
The health insurance is very good, complete.
Stryker is with United Healthcare. Though it is not free, I believe their plan is better than average.
