    The Benefits package at Stryker is not the greatest, but it does have its perks. A 401k dump, and a single pay check bonus is provided. The negative side is that you have to stay a total of 5 years to keep the extra 401k money. A pro-rated balance of cash option may be available if you leave early.

    Gym on campus, many athletic teams such as softball, basketball, bowling, volleyball, soccer and running club. Yoga classes and dance classes available. Excellent 401k program with a discretionary match. Dental, prescription, vision and health. Option for HSA or FSA.
