Great 401k matching and discretionary bonus
Stryker has one of the most comprehensive and affordable benefits package in the US. Health Benefits include HSA/FSA options, a non-smoker discount, vision, dental. All extremely affordable employee contributions. the 401K match is great - each year they add a bonus depending on company performance. The ancillary benefits for Lifeworks counseling, mental health, legal, Strive well being, foodsmart, Ayco financial - there are fantastic ways to stay healthy and get help. Most sites have a fantastic Gym/Work out center with trainers available by appt and some classes. The Maternity/Paternity support is best in class.
