The training is very useful and helps you be successful but it is a lot of time
The best part is that you get to learn while working and making money, but the worst part is that everyone starts off slow and new employees might slow the team down.
Although some are lengthy and monotonous they do prepare you adequately and give you the tools to effectively run a painting company for the summer.
Job training was minimal. Also I was told that we would be "Certified" by Sherwin Williams and told to sell this idea to our customers, which was false as Sherwin Williams does not even have a certification program.
