Maternity & Paternity Leave- takes from your PTO PTO is a lump sum of all your sick, vacation, personal days. 18 PTO for full time non exempt 23 PTO for exempt, assistant officers 25 PTO for officers 28 AVP/ VP 33 SVP If you work for more than certain amount of years, minimum 5 years, you can more PTO days.
Benefits are very good, 401k matching, high end health and dental insurance. Company works to provide above average benefits across the board.
The health benefits are actually quite good and affordable. One of the pros of working here (and there are few).

Benefits are great. co-pay used to be $10 but the plan keeps changing after Obama's health care law. Vacation days are 20 days for senior associates & above and those who spent more than 5 years with them.
